Garlicky Mashed Potatoes Recipe


Like so many things, mashed potatoes taste so much better with garlic.  Enjoy this tasty recipe.


Ingredients:

7 Cups Baking Potatoes, peeled and cubed

6 Garlic Cloves, peeled

2 Tbsp. Butter

1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

1/2 Cup Whole Milk

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/8 tsp. Pepper


Directions:

In a saucepan, place the potatoes and garlic, cover them with water, and bring it to a boil. 


Then reduce the heat, and let them simmer for 20 minutes; draining when done.


In a mixing bowl, place the potatoes and garlic, and add the butter, cheese, milk, salt, and pepper; beating well with a mixer until the potatoes are smooth.

Yield:  6 to 8 servings
